The Museum of International Folk art is hosting a panel discussion and community dialogue to discuss the struggle of living between two worlds and the desire to belong, through the lens of traditional arts. Drawing on local and international arts featured in the exhibit, panelists will explore parallels between their experiences of being trans, and the experience of undocumented people.
This event is free for New Mexico residents to attend, and will include a discussion after the panel where community members can participate and ask questions.
